About AVK Carbo-Bond, Inc.
AVK Carbo-Bond has provided full service engineering and manufacturing of customized automated valve kits since 1981. Since the beginning we have received praise within the industry for our service and ingenuity. In addition to our customized brackets and couplers, we also manufacture positioner and limit switch brackets, three-way tee-linkage packages, stem extensions, protection for buried service applications, chain handles, locking kits, fusible link assemblies and a variety of other valve automation accessories. Our engineering staff has experience with virtually every automated valve component available in the industry today and has a broad catalog of AUTOCAD drawings at their disposal.
About BI-TORQ Valve Automation
Since our inception in 1995, the BI-TORQ Valve Automation has seen a tremendous expansion of our operations. While providing our customized mounting kits, we had long seen the need to provide our many loyal customers with options to complete their valve automation packages. David Marut joined AVK Carbo-Bond in 1995 and starting with the introduction of our BI-TORQ rack and pinion actuator , we now are proud to include the BI-TORQ InstruPak, a direct mount automated valve package that includes both brass, stainless steel, and PVC valves. The packages are offered with pneumatic or electric actuators. We also offer cost-effective butterfly valves with the same options as our ball valves. To make a complete package, BI-TORQ offers limit switches, proximity switches, positioners and gear operators. Along with the unlimited number of customized mounting kits, tee linkages and extensions we manufacture through our parent company, we are proud to call ourselves a true single source supplier that can make your job easier. Our seasoned technical sales staff and dedication to follow our motto of "anything's possible, just ask" will ensure a positive experience.
Mounting and Testing Facilities
Thanks to our full service valve automation facilities, we mount and test each of our BI-TORQ Valve Automation assemblies before they ship. We can provide test reports that confirm how the product was tested so you can be sure each assembly will be ready to put in line when it reaches your dock.
Whether you require a just standard valve and actuator assembly or a complete package with positioners, switches, or solenoids, let out professional assemblers put the package together for you.
Emergency and Expedited Services
In order to best serve your needs, AVK Carbo-Bond and BI-TORQ provides several different levels of service depending on the product type.
Most of our BI-TORQ valve and actuator packages go out within a day or two after confirmation of your order. However, if you need same day service on an assembly, we can usually accommodate your needs--at no extra charge.
AVK Carbo-Bond's customized manufactured products usually ship about 4 weeks after confirmation of your order. Sometimes, though, a critical application requires immediate attention. That's why we offer our premium one-week and 48 hour emergency service as options for our customized mounting hardware.
